The Incoming Quality Control Inspector is responsible for verifying incoming materials in compliance with specifications and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and approve incoming materials by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarize re-work and wastes and input data into quality database.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Incoming Inspection experience.
- Must be IPC-610 or J-std certified.
- Experience with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gage and other measuring tools to measure and verify fabricated parts compliant to engineering drawing.
- Inspection of received electrical components
- Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in accordance with AS9102.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
