The Incoming Quality Control Inspector is responsible for verifying incoming materials in compliance with specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and approve incoming materials by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.  
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarize re-work and wastes and input data into quality database.  
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years Incoming Inspection experience. 
  • Must be IPC-610 or J-std certified. 
  • Experience with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gage and other measuring tools to measure and verify fabricated parts compliant to engineering drawing. 
  • Inspection of received electrical components
  • Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in accordance with AS9102.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
